We especially loved the water pressure adjuster in the shower. Property was exactly as described. Only 2 1/2 blocks from the train and a 10-15 min walk to subway. Bodega and a CVS that were each a block away came in handy. The neighborhood appears to be in the early stages of being fixed up and some places seemed old and rundown, however we didn’t have any problems and the people in the neighborhood were all very friendly. ##### Penny F. We didn't need it but found that odd. The noise from the upstairs neighbors was more than what we had thought it was going to be.
