"The lobby is spacious and has a good selection of free amenities. The hotel offers a good selection of services and has areas for laundry, vending machines and more. During our stay we didn't smell any cigarettes and our rooms were clean and well thought out (space under the bed for our luggage). The hotel is near shinjuku station and within a 15 min walk from pretty much all restaurants. "

"Very central location in Shinjuku. Multiple stations are only a short walk away which is very convenient. The area is very busy but also very safe to walk around at any time of day/night. The hotel check in process was very easy and straightforward. The staff were helpful and speak both Japanese and English. The room was very comfortable and clean. My partner and I only used the room to sleep and the rest of the time we were out exploring. The rooms are very small but it was perfect for what we wanted."
