The Bugle
The room was very clean and tidy. The owner is in the process of updating the premises. Breakfast was lovely, very good choice and presented beautifully.

The staff we friendly, dinner was great and breakfast service was great. The room was a little noisy until 11PM but then went quiet once the pub closed. Car parking has limited spaces. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely go back.

Excellent, fuss free check in, great room, great food and drink. Unfortunately there were a couple of guests who appeared to like shouting to each other on the landing and slamming the doors until about 2.00am. Despite being told it was an inclusive breakfast, the pub was locked up tighter than a drum with no sign of anyone until we left at 9.30am.

The Bugle hotel was a very nice place to stay as a base to discover lovely Cornwall . The room was basic and a little dated but it was ok. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a real treat.

Great Location to explore Cornwall
A very comfortable stay at this pub with everything on hand. Convenient location set in a village near the A30 which makes it an ideal location for exploring Cornwall’s wonderful coastline. Great food and very welcoming staff

We stayed with you whilst visiting our daughter as she has recently moved to Bugle. The pub is on a busy main road, but the room was well screened from the traffic noise. Nicely appointed and clean room room if a little small with squeaky beds! It didn't detract from our one night stay. The food was excellent - typical pub fare, using good ingredients. Helpful and pleasant staff enhanced the stay. Thanks to you all.

Cornwall stay
We stayed here for 3 nights as a base to explore some of Cornwall. We had a good size room with a big bathroom although the shower could be better. Bed was comfortable ,plenty of tea and coffee in room. Breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked to order. We ate in the pub on two nights and again the food was excellent with big portions and reasonably priced. A very special mention to all of the staff who made us feel very welcome and were all extremely pleasant. The only thing that was not ideal was the size of the tv in the bedroom. If we return to this part of Cornwall we would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Exceeded expectations, the room was lovely, decorated nicely with a large bathroom. Staff were welcoming and helpful Breakfast was delicious and for £10 it was loads of food and included toast and jams, a pot of tea or coffee and a fruit drink.

Was a clean comfortable room, food was lovely and well priced. The only complaint was that a few children were in the pub past 9, a few drunk people were in there along with a toddler who looked like he was a regular visitor. They were not asked to take this young child out and his parents settled him to sleep in the buggy whilst they were drinking. A real shame because otherwise it was a comfortable stay

Had a couple of nights here very friendly place,staff friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, Food is excellent well presented, I had a homemade pizza one night and it was the best homemade pizza I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family. And dogs are welcome

Excellent pub
Needed accommodation for 4 nights while working in the area. Arrived late on Sunday night but not a problem and was quickly shown to my room which was perfectly adequate for my needs. Went down for a quick drink - very friendly and good service. Good varied menu at very affordable prices and the food was very good, hot and tasty. Nice bar with an open fire. Good pub - would happily go back there for a holiday!

Not enough parking for hotel the car park behind the hotel is a public car park for all , Not A Place that I would Stay for a long stay but for a couple of days is fine Clean enough only one mirror in bathroom so does need another in the room breakfast was good value

Choose this as looked like a nice country pub - easy check-in room was ok but in need of an update very mismatch and could do with a good clean mould on window frames and black marks on ceiling bathroom also had mould on ceiling!!! Did get told that they had a disco that night but it would finish at midnight which it did our room on top of it but at gone 2am could still hear noise from downstairs - the meal we had was ok but nothing to write home about and the breakfast wasn't all that special baked beans lukewarm and no orange juice left!!! From the outside it looked really nice shame the inside didn't match- would have been really disappointed if I had paid more

Great start to our holiday.
Lovely stay on our way to holiday in perranporth. Damien was very friendly and the room was perfect for a stopover. Good in the bar was excellent as well.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Good pub grub. Good beer. Only down side was the ensuite bathroom, whislt functional it needed a paint job on the ceiling. This was the only thing I can criticise. Overall I'd recommend staying here.
