"D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility...

"The room was spacious and warm. There was a kitchenette in the room with a fridge and small freezer. We enjoyed the pool, sauna and the steam sauna. Breakfast took a long time to be served and I felt that it is expensive for what we got. Evening meal was more enjoyable. Lovely location and friendly staff."
