The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is on an esplanade. The beach is across the road. I would have given this a 5 were it not for minor opportunities for improvement ie box of tissues, hand towel and face washer weren't provided. But the price I paid for the room, amenities, and surroundings, it was a bargain. Had a coffee pot. no coffee or cups Great location. Steps from the ocean and on the "Boulevard". Also Borongon City was very accessible. However there are issues with air conditioning, wi-fi signal strength, and hot water that need to be addressed. Clearly hot water for shaving and washing your hands is important. But I nearly scalded myself in the shower. Very difficult to adjust the temperature and flow coming out of the shower head.
