Traditionele klasse hotel

Zeer goed en gastvrij hotel. Klassieke stijl. Er waren vooral veel Italiaanse gasten, waardoor we extra opvielen. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het centrum van Bormio, een zeer stijlvol dorpje. Italiaanse klasse! Vanuit het hotel hebben we de Stelvio op gefietst. Dat ging perfect. Van de receptioniste mochten we de fietsen gewoon meenemen naar de kamer. We zijn zeer tevreden; ook over de bediening in het restaurant. Een aanrader.

Top Hotel,

Bijzonder fijn hotel, behulpzaam team, staan altijd vriendelijk te woord. Elk teamlid spreekt voldoende engels om je te begrijpen en te helpen. Door de COVID-19 regels zijn zij gebonden zich daar aan te houden ( mondkapjes overal behalve in het restaurant.) Ligging aan doorgaande weg maar niet hinderlijk, ruime parkeer gelegenheid. Van alle gemakken voorzien, mooie goed verzorgde kamer. Als we weer deze kant op gaan zullen we zeker nog een bezoek aan Miramonti Park Hotel overwegen.

Hellhöriges Zimmer/ unfreundlichen Personal

Wir haben viel mehr erwartet. Schlechter service an der Reception. Dem Personal ist der Gast gleichgültig. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, jedoch sehr hellörig. Mann hört den Zimmernachbar reden. Frühstück war sehr gut. Ich würde das Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Séjour agréable hôtel bien situé pour aller à pied au centre ville. Parking très appréciable nous étions en moto. Personnel très gentil et attentionné, petit déjeuner complet et varié le jus d’oranges pressé le top car tellement rare de nos jours dans les hôtels ! Je recommande cet établissement.

Vicino al centro

Hotel poco distante dal centro di Bormio con parcheggio privato davanti o dall'altra parte della strada. Personale cordiale e simpatico. Colazione a buffet servito ottima. Animali ben accetti e cuccia a in camera per i cani. Unica pecca il riscaldamento acceso in luglio che ha fatto si che dovessimo aprire la finestra ma il rumore della strada è decisamente molto a qualunque ora del giorno e della notte.

To be avoided

The room was clearly much below the standards of a 4* hotel. The bathroom had neither a bathtub, nor a shower cabin, nor a shower curtain; flooding the bathroom when taking a shower was thus unavoidable. There was a lot of noise from the canalization throughout the night; it was extremely noisy whenever someone in the hotel flushed the toilet. The curtains were too short and the room couldn't be properly darkened. Some bathroom amenities had been opened and partially consumed. The spa was closed when I checked in in the early evening, and in the morning it didn't open before the (very early) checkout time. The only positive aspect was the breakfast - good choice of quality products.

The hotel was very warm and cozy. Staff were amazing, welcoming, polite and always willing to help...just amazing! Everyone was so nice...would 100% go back! And did I mention they have a dog mascot at the hotel, as a dog liver that made my stay even better!!! 100% recommend!

A comfortable hotel in central location, excellent showers and toiletries, excellent breakfast and good wi-fi. House wine (Nebiollo) available at the bar by the glass is also excellent. The car park is across the road.

Tutto molto bene. Stupendo il servizio di accoglienza per gli animali, molti complimenti! L'unico neo, a mio avviso, è la Spa. Prima di tutto si paga l'entrata, per me è la prima volta. Solitamente è ad usufrutto dei clienti. Ma quello che trovo davvero inaccettabile, è che siano ammessi i bambini. Mi dispiace, ma la Spa è un luogo dove rilassarsi. E se i bambini non sono in grado di comportarsi bene, non devono essere ammessi. Pagare 20 euro a testa, per innervosirsi, mi sembra proprio il colmo!
