Comfortable places to read or work. Great for mid-day naps. Room to entertain, and space to be alone. Everything you could need for a week or a month. With WiFi, this house gives remote working new meaning. The house is 10 minutes from sea beaches with waterfront restaurants; walking distance to the old village with boulangeries, restaurants and a Wednesday market, or perfect for staying at home. Enjoy breakfast with fresh fruits and bakery on the terrace. Take a trip to the local markets or go antiquing. Find a new restaurant (or an old favorite) for lunch and come home for dip in the pool, an outside shower, and a nap. Wonderful beaches around, maybe the one we liked the least was the local one "Lavandou" but there are countless more around. As a negative point, the extreme heat in the house, I think it would be essential to solve this issue, in the ad says to have air conditioning, but there are two portable devices in the area of the rooms, being portable you have to evacuate the hot air through the balcony which forces you to sleep with the doors open with many mosquitoes and a tremendous noise of the devices, a shame really. The dining area was impracticable due to the intense heat that was accumulated in that area. We also could not use the BBQ as it was forbidden, it would be appreciated to offer an alternative, because with that heat would like to have dinner on the terrace area, perhaps an electric plancha? We greatly appreciate the help of Brigitte, always ready to help. I would also like to comment that the couple that takes care of the house lives in the same house on the lower floor. La maison contient de nombreux souvenirs et c'est très agréable de découvrir tout cela. Nous avons passé un très bon moment, à noter que la gardienne et son compagnon habitent en-dessous de la maison, ils restent très discrets mais cela peut gêner certaines personnes. ##### SEBASTIEN D. Séjour de 7 nuits en août 2022 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### pascale v. 14 août 2022 #### Un cadre magnifique mais trop de manquement par rapport à l'annonce Une belle maison de l'extérieur, une vue magnifique une belle piscine mais les prestations annoncées ne sont pas à la hauteur : la maison aurait besoin de travaux sur de nombreux éléments ( fenêtres, volets, sécurité de la piscine...) ; la climatisation annoncée est en fait 2 climatiseurs mobiles dans les chambres ce qui rend la maison difficilement vivable par temps de canicule ; la plage est à 30 minutes à pied....la maison est gardée au sous-sol par un couple qui assure l'entretien général et la piscine (pratique sur certains points mais non indiqué dans l'annonce). Vous n'êtes donc pas complètement chez vous. En résumé. Un séjour tout de même très agréable mais un peu gâché par l'absence de climatisation... ##### pascale v. The home is unique and filled with many personal items. Feels like you are in your own home. A lovely pool. Three nice size bedrooms. Comfortable kitchen and living space.
