La Favière- Bormes les Mimosas.  
A 20m² air-conditioned studio cabin located in building F on the top floor with elevator, offering unobstructed and commanding views of the gardens, pool, and sea. It can accommodate 4 people, including two children (two bunk beds in the entrance) and a sofa bed (140 cm). A modernized and equipped kitchen area (microwave, mini oven, washing machine), a newly renovated bathroom with bathtub and toilet, and a dining area are available. A garage is available in basement level 142\. Pets are not allowed. Housekeeping is included in the price. Access to the pool and tennis courts. Pool open from mid-June to mid-September. Linens not included.  
  
Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
