You'll enjoy the proximity to the beach and the beautiful sea view over the Bay of Lavandou. You'll have a front row seat for the fireworks: a guaranteed spectacle. The 35 m² one-bedroom apartment has been renovated and functions as a duplex. It can accommodate four people. The bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The kitchen area has been refurbished (dishwasher planned for March 2024 and mini oven). The living room is spacious and bright and has a new 160x200 sofa bed, plus a single futon (extra bed).
