Enjoying a splendid view of the Ligurian Sea, this villa is located in Bordighera. The unit, spread over two floors, consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms and four bathrooms, and can accommodate up to ten people. Additional amenities include TV, Wi-Fi and a washing machine.  
  
The entire property is divided into two units and extends over three floors: the first two floors belong to this unit, while the third floor is occupied by another unit. Although they are two separate units, each is independent and has its own entrance and staircase. The villa offers a private outdoor space with a garden and an open terrace.  
  
A parking space is available within the property. A maximum of two pets are allowed. Organizing events on the property is not permitted. Air conditioning is not available.

#### Tolles Hsus in einer sehr schönen Gegend

Pros: Das Haus ist gross und schön und es liegt direkt am Meer und der Promenade von Bordighera. 5 Schlafzimmer und 4 Badezimmer. Ein schönes Wohnzimmer und Essecke. Noch ein Essecke in die Küche, was alles open-Plan ist. Ein sehr grosser Terrasse mit Meerblick. Es hat ein paar Kleinigkeiten (wifi/düsche) als wir angekommen sind aber sie worden sofort erledigt und, wirklich ein guter Service. Die Inhaberin ist sehr nett.
