Apartment with a splendid panoramic terrace in the picturesque historic center of Bordighera Alta, offering breathtaking views. The accommodation is on the 2nd floor and is approximately 75 square meters. It consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and, on the upper floor, a laundry room and a terrace with a sunbathing area. Bordighera Alta provides an authentic experience with numerous typical restaurants; the sea is just a few minutes' walk away, and there is also public parking for cars. The train station is about 1 km away.  
  
The accommodation is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. Essential items such as salt, sugar, oil, Nespresso coffee capsules, towels, bed sheets, toiletries with shampoo and shower gel, toilet paper, trash bags, and cleaning essentials are also provided for guests.  
  
PLEASE NOTE THAT ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT, LOCATED ON THE 2ND FLOOR, IS ONLY VIA STAIRS, WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. THIS CONDITION MAY BE PROBLEMATIC FOR THOSE WITH DISABILITIES. THE ACCOMMODATION IS RECOMMENDED FOR GUESTS WITHOUT PARTICULAR ACCESSIBILITY NEEDS.  
  
The accommodation does not have private parking, but there is a public parking lot a few meters away (as seen in the photos) with free parking with a time disc.  
  
The village of Bordighera Alta is in a strategic position; the sea and all major services can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Additionally, a few kilometers by car or train will take you to the nearby Sanremo and the French Riviera. The historic center is the true soul of the city, with cobbled alleys, lively squares, and breathtaking views as the beginning of an authentic adventure. Getting lost in the narrow streets is a journey into the past, with colors, shops, and stories at every corner. Piazza del Popolo is the social heart of the city, hosting cafes, restaurants, and an irresistible atmosphere. The Church of Sant'Ampelio is an imposing presence on the panorama, offering a glimpse into the spirituality of Bordighera. Evenings in the historic center are magical, with events, outdoor dinners, and a unique atmosphere that makes the experience unforgettable. Moreover, the region offers activities for all tastes.
