Completely renovated a few months ago, this tastefully decorated apartment in a beautiful, typically Bordeaux building will win you over with its privileged location in the city! It's fully equipped for your comfort (wifi, essentials, Nespresso coffee machine, hairdryer, TV, iron, fan). Bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), it's ideal for 2 people! DEPOSIT A bank imprint of €250 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Stripe, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. Within 2 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled. From Gare Saint Jean: Take tram C or D from Gare Saint Jean to Quinconces, then tram B from Quinconces to La Cité du Vin and walk 5 min. Street parking is free only from 7 pm to 9 am and on Sundays and public holidays. Half-day parking costs €15. THE NEIGHBORHOOD The ideal setting for a short stay or a long weekend. The beautiful buildings are an excellent indication of the new Bordeaux. The land once belonged to a former Carthusian monastery (Chartreux in French, which leads to the current name, Les Chartrons), drained by the Dutch in the 17th century.
