Nestled in a prestigious address, it combines modern comforts with a warm atmosphere for an unforgettable stay. On the ground floor, enjoy a beautiful living space with a convivial lounge and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. A separate toilet completes this level. There's also a courtyard where you can enjoy a coffee in the sunshine in a peaceful setting. Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms await you: one with a fixed double bed and storage space, the other with a folding double bed. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and heated towel rail. \## DEPOSIT A bank imprint of €350 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Stripe, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card.
