The Cocoonr agency offers you a beautiful, recently built house with a pleasant garden for rent, located in the Caudéran district of Bordeaux. With chic, bohemian decor, twenty minutes from Bordeaux's historic center and a stone's throw from shops and Place Mondésir, Villa Caudéran offers all the comforts you need for an exceptional stay in Bordeaux. Its secluded garden allows you to fully enjoy the pleasures of Bordeaux. With three beautiful bedrooms, it can comfortably accommodate five guests.  
  
Villa Caudéran is fully furnished and equipped so that all you have to do is drop off your bags. Located 500 meters from all shops (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.) and transportation, you will enjoy all the comforts for an unforgettable stay.   
  
This house is laid out as follows:  
On the ground floor:  
\- A beautiful living room with a sofa, flat-screen TV, and a bistro table for your meals  
\- A fully equipped open kitchen: refrigerator, induction hob, microwave and traditional oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, and some kitchen utensils
