The building is ideally located at the foot of the tram line and very close to the public transport hub of Place des Quinconces, for easy access to the entire Bordeaux metropolis. This ancient building does not have an elevator. Inspiration A sober decoration was favored, enhanced with a painting by Gustav Klimt “The Birch Wood”, an elegant work in autumnal colors creating an atmosphere that is both dynamic and soothing. The Austrian artist is one of the founders of the Viennese Secession movement which aimed to bring together the country's creative forces, establish contacts with foreign artists and advocate an international exchange of ideas. Comfort, elegance and environmental consciousness. For the furniture and equipment, craftsmanship, French manufacturing and “upcycled” materials were favored and chosen to harmonize with the oldest elements of the apartment: oak parquet floors, high ceilings and stone fireplace.
