### Holiday Home 'Namasté' with Private Pool, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Located in Mérignac, this 200 sqm vacation home welcomes up to 16 guests in 6 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. You will find a private well-equipped kitchen, WiFi, TV, washing machine, and baby bed. The property offers step-free access and step-free interior for easy mobility.  
  
Step outside to your private garden featuring both covered and uncovered terraces, perfect for outdoor dining with your private grill. The private outdoor pool measures 12 x 5 meters with a flat bottom at 1.40 meters depth, secured and open from April to November. An outdoor shower complements your pool experience. The expansive 100 sqm exotic wood terrace includes garden furniture, a large outdoor bamboo bar, and shaded picnic space for 14 to 16 people with 3 lounge areas, gazebo, and huts.  
  
You will have access to 6 shared parking spaces and shared table tennis for entertainment. Pets are welcome, though cats are present on the grounds. Events are not permitted on the property.  
  
Situated just minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac airport with direct road access, the house borders a vast 25 hectare forest offering hiking and cycling opportunities. The property features Indonesian-inspired rustic decoration creating an authentic family home atmosphere. During summer, 2 additional bedrooms in independent chalets become available, increasing capacity from the standard 12 people (November to April) to 18-20 people. The location provides access to golf, equestrian centers, karting, beaches, surfing, sailing, jet skiing, kitesurfing, rowing, windsurfing, bowling, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and wine estates. Linens are available for an extra fee upon request, and a security deposit check is required upon arrival.
