The apartment is located in the historic Saint-Michel district, centered around the Basilica of Saint-Michel and its iconic spire. Just a short walk away is the Place des Capucins, home to Bordeaux's largest and most renowned market, rich in history and local tradition. This vibrant neighborhood offers a mix of historic charm and bustling market life, making it an ideal spot for history buffs, bargain hunters, and food enthusiasts.

The living room, featuring a sophisticated decor with a mix of simple yet chic style draws inspiration from the elegance of the 1920s, reminiscent of the era of Hemingway's Paris.   
  
Comfort, elegance, and environmental consciousness  
This charming apartment seamlessly blends comfort and style. The entry hall includes a convenient wardrobe. The spacious living room features a leather sofa, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed fiber internet. Three large French windows lead to a private balcony, and the adjacent dining area seats four. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking plates, kettle, Nespresso machine, and toaster, along with all necessary cooking utensils. The bedroom boasts a 160 x 200 cm bed with a memory foam mattress topper and a cozy armchair. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and hairdryer. Additional amenities are an iron, ironing board, and separate WC. This non-smoking apartment offers a tranquil and stylish retreat.
