Prime location The building of classic architecture from the end of the 18th century, is located on a course shaded by lime trees, halfway between Place Tourny and the famous Place des Quinconces, whose 12 hectares of tree-lined esplanade make it the largest place in Europe. This historic heart of the city, which hosts numerous cultural and popular events, is also a public transport hub serving the entire Bordeaux metropolis. This ancient building does not have a lift. Material and color play In the living room, the sober decoration, where leather, linen, and massive oak or walnut wood come together, is inspired by the works by the Russian painter naturalized French, Vassily Kandinsky, initiator of the abstract art movement. His famous compositions of geometric shapes in bright colors form a complex, elusive whole with great energy. Comfort, elegance and environmental consciousness For furniture, equipment and lighting, craftsmanship, French manufacturing and “upcycled” materials were favored. A leather sofa bed with a comfortable Queen size bed, practical storage and a small desk make up the living room area. A large shower cabin and hairdryer for the bathroom. The toilets are separate. The kitchen area is equipped with an induction hob, table-top refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, crockery and cooking utensils. A cordless vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board complete the equipment of this very functional studio. Jan 27, 2023 #### Absolutely horrible and rude unhelpful staff u Absolutely embarrassing if you want to waste your money to stay in an apartment where nothing working , the Tv , the cooker , the lights the Wi-Fi it was crazy I had to order food out everyday because I couldn’t even use the problem cooker. I reported to the rude “concierge” who would read my messages almost instantly but wouldn’t say a word. No apology no explanation no way of caring to try and sort the situation just pure silence how embarrassing. Complete waste of money with hidden costs , and they charge you for cleaning and bed sheets which isn’t included in the price very bizarre place. Very nonchalant staff who couldn’t careless about customer service or opinion. Stay clear which I booked a hotel instead absolute rubbish service. L'appartement propre et bien disposé pour une petite surface. Mais ou le bas blesse et sérieusement c'est le couchage. Un clic clac qui bat tous les record d'inconfort à un point tel que nous n'avons pas dormis dans l'appartement la dernière nuit pour ne pas passer une nuit de plus aussi pénible. Très bien place au centre ville tout proche lignes tram, mais impossible de me connecter à la wi-fi, malgré mes relances à mon arrivée et le lendemain. Pas de nouvelles les jours suivant, j'ai donc abandonné, dur donc de travailler le soir pour ce déplacement professionnel, ou pour regarder la TV qui beugue parfois à cause du mauvais signal. De plus, ma réclamation et ma demande d'annulation n'a toujours pas été traitée une semaine après... qualité de service déplorable.. Le nettoyage a l’arrivée n’était pas forfait , micro onde sale , toilette intérieur pas très propre, les murs pas très propre . Que trois verres pour boire ! La télécommande de la télé ne fonctionnait pas ! Pas de rideaux pour l’intimité, il faut fermer systématiquement les volets ! L’eau chaude n’est pas toujours présente ! Mar 17, 2020 #### Appartement bien situé, quelques problèmes fonctionnels L'appartement est conforme aux photos et idéalement situé. En revanche, le réfrigérateur ne fonctionne pas. Une grande partie des courses effectuées pour notre séjour a due être jetée car congelée. On déplore également un léger manque de réactivité de la part du loueur, en pleine période de confinement. Nous avions demandé s'il était possible de garder le logement au delà de 10h du matin, de façon à respecter les consignes de confinement et ne pas errer inutilement dans une ville déserte dans l'attente de notre train. Nous n'avons obtenu une réponse qu'à 10h pile.
