This quiet and bright flat, located on the ground floor, consists of a living space of 38 sq. m and includes :  
\- a charming living room with a sofa-bed for one person,

\- a bedroom with a queen-size bed,  
\- a bathroom with shower,  
\- a well-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender, microwave, hotplates, fridge, freezer),

\- access to the residence swimming pool (open from May 1st to October 15th),

In this very sweet to live district, popular and living, situated close to place de la Victoire and rue Sainte Catherine, you won’t miss anything. You’ll be able to visit Bordeaux by walk through its little nice and picturesque streets, and enjoy its numerous animations. Your steps will take you from the cafés on the sides of the river Garonne to the Capucins market, famous for its quality products and its typical atmosphere. You will also find a lot of restaurants and bars around the flat.
