"Good place to stay. Clean and had everything we needed. Would have been beneficial to know that the entire place is upstairs. There are 16 steps to get upstairs and we brought our elderly family and it was difficult for them. "

"The property was as described and very clean. I was not given check in instructions, i messaged the host the night before we were arriving and twice the day we arrived. No response. I had to call VRBO customer service. The host finally responded and after some discussion. I was given the instructions 30 minutes after my check in time (host argued check in time, but i have an email from VRBO proving 4pm check in time) After that very stressful call to VRBO (thinking we had nowhere to stay) the...
