My stay overall was good, but if to look separately at things, not really. Breakfast: all food, cold and hot, was not even a room temperature, but rather weather temperature, all the time, which is very dangerous. Food variety: ok, but not enough proteins, unless u eat eggs only every day. Transportation inside resort: very uncomfortable. First, you have to wait, sometimes long enough, conditions of the cars are not good, in some u can see through rhe floor. Private beach: not sure what security do there, but a lot of strangers are there, come and go. So beach is not really private. One day, after spa massage, I could not find security to call for transportation. Will I return? Probably, not. Will I recommend? Not for people who likes comfort. At the end of the day, u get what u paid for." Good mornings from everyone, a generally upbeat and positive vibe from everyone. The beach was immaculate. Soft white sand, clean blue water, never too crowded to where you couldn’t find a couple chairs to unwind. Pool was fantastic, just the right temperature and again, never too crowded to where you couldn’t find a couple chairs to grab a drink and relax. Transfer to and from the resort station 0 to station 2 was easy peasy thanks again to the wonderful wonderful staff. Great food, snappy service. We had the suite with the plunge pool and it was a great great experience. I could go on, but I won’t. Terrible property, it said no refunds, but we tried everything to get there, so booked cebu instead. Would never book with hennan again, with a week in advance trying, no empathy and understanding so have to call it as it is. Hennan do better, it was not anyone's fault but maybe the airlines that were packed for weeks, they should have more flights for sure, but hennan didnt have to clean a room for a week and probably upsold it as well. Bad marks for hennan properties they should understand the trying stressfull times travellers encounter, but they obviously dont, i wont even try to go boracaye again because of this."
