Thanks to the review...first of all I would like to apologize for the inconvenience cause and depriving you of your much needed sleep cause by the noise created by another group of guest who was having a drinking spree past midnight...It was learned that the group was drinking in front of your cottage later transferred further (in the main bldg), but of course any low sound can be easily heard specially past midnight...the staff that was assisting the group was reprimanded...orders are given that guest drinking or making lot of noise are only allowed until 10 PM.... no exemption..and we try to discourage guest to be drinking inside the resort premises... again sorry..

Thanks to your comments...appreciate.it..our place is about 100 meters or about 2 minutes walk from the beach...Apologies for the late reply.. I just came out from the Hospital... due to mild stroke , stayed a week in the ICU...My Doctor advised me for complete bed rest...hopefully you have a wonderful time in Boracay.

Hi Elliot... thanks for the comments...appreciate it....actually you booked a cottage with fan..maybe you have requested for another fan...yes lately i have noticed that it is getting warmer everyday....meaning we are entering the summer season....we will check again the toilets.....mosquitoes..maybe you need mosquito net next time....other guest dont complain about mosquitoes...maybe they are use to it...or just dont mind..anyway thanks again and have a nice day.

Thanks to your comments appreciate it.. the Family Villa that you booked is for 10 people..and breakfast is not included .... sorry for the TV and water heater... it was damaged by the recent typhoon "URSULA".. we ordered for replacement already and waiting for the delivery. WE are still in the process of recovering from the damage of the recent typhoon..we are repairing and replacing all the things to be back on normal operations as usual... kindly bear with us...Thank you;

Sorry for the mixed up...I think they arrived early and the person still on duty was new... she have to wait for the instruction from the supervisor...and besides we are still recovering from the recent typhoon which hit us Christmas Eve "URSULA".. portion of our roof was blown off and we still need to repair a lot of things.. but since we have reservation..... we have to accommodate them. in spite of our bad situation... "SHOW MUST ON GO ON" as the saying goes...we are trying our best to recover and repair whatever things to be done ASAP... again sorry to put you in a bad situation.... I hope I can make up to you someday... kind regards.... ....

first of all thank you for staying with us..and really appreciate your comments.. FYI we now upgrading our property. (doing repairs), as of now we are putting sign to easy locate our place...the local government dont allow the trikes and motorbikes..to go along the beach road only in the main road.. so you hve to walk...Our staff are new and they are instructed to clean the rooms thoroughly...Internet yes our big problem in the Island..weak signal...anyway our service provider promise to improve their set up.. hopefully we can enjoy a better signal soon. ..The Island was just opened lately after 6 month.closure..maybe after another month we can serve lunch and dinner...again thank you and have a nice day...
