This property had no wi fi in the rooms and even in the reception area it was barely working. They put me in a room far in the back where there was barely any service after I had said I needed wi fi to work while staying here. The bathroom had no toilet paper just a bucket with water. There was no water for a whole night and the following day. I wasn’t able to brush my teeth or shower not even wash my hands. This place is terrible I would never recommend anyone to stay here unless you want to live like an animal. The only nice thing was that the staff, they tried to accommodate me after I asked for a refund because I was leaving to another hotel. Only then did they give me a somewhat decent room with wi fi after I had already booked something else and refused to give me a refund for the following nights even after all of my complaints. Also the door knob was falling off and the shower knob as well. Would NEVER stay here again.

Bathroom is terrible.... Place is not that clean unlike before that we stay... its our second time to stay but unfortunately it is very disappointing! cant recommend Sorry!

Unsatisfied. It was indicated in my booking that there is toiletries and towel included during our stay, but there is nothing in the room. We also suggest to move the airconditioner to the wall wherein all beds were directly hitted with the cold air, because 1 bed was blocked with the walling of the comfort room. Thanks.

숙소의 위치는 정말 좋았다. 바다와 가깝고 숙소 가는 길에 편의점도 있고 동네마트도 있고 옷가게도 있고 식당도 있고 좋다. 침대도 폭신하고 좋았다. 꿀잠잤다. 직원도 친절하고 좋았다. 문제가 생길 때마다 찾았갔는데 귀찮아하지 않고 잘 해결해주셨다. 늦은 밤에도 계셨다. 마주칠때마다 인사도 해주시고 반겨주셨다. 너무 친절하고 좋았다. 과일을 먹기 위한 칼도 빌려주셨다. 화장실 물이 잘내려가서 좋았다. 그러나 샤워기의 온도가 극단적이였다. 차가우면 엄청 차갑고 뜨거우면 엄청 뜨거웠다. 직원께 문의를 하여서 엄청 찬물까진 아니였지만 씻을 수 있는 정도의 찬물로 만들 수 있었다. 아마 이런 문제가 있다면 직원과 이야하기 한다면 쉽게 해결할 수 있다. 자고 있었는데 무엇인가가 떨어지는 느낌이 들었지만 무시하고 잤지만 일어나서 보니 좁쌀 같은 벌레가 있어 놀랐다. 갑작이 찍찍찍 같은 소리가 들렸는데 쥐라고 답해주셨다. 밖에서 나는 소리였지만 너무 잘 들려 소름끼쳤지만 직접 보지는 않아 괜찮았다.

Worst stay I had in a resort. Bad accomodation - front desk empty, u need to wait for them. Super awful room - bad smell. The pics online looks nice but deceiving. Its a lie. Dont be deceived. Power is on and off. You are asked to tirn off aircon. Awfull smell from kitchen. I friendly staff. Worst resort ever in Boracay.

#### Better than adequate.....

Not so bad for the price..location is great though it wasn’t beach front as described, 5 minutes walk to the beach. No WiFi in the rooms, you have to go to the reception area to access WiFi.

The room we stayed can't get signals so every time we want to use our data we need to stand outside of the room to do so. Toilet paper was not prepared in advance. Water is not hot enough. But it's a good location considering the price is fair. Don't trust where the map shows. It's in a tiny small alley of an alley where the police station is.

We send them an e mail that we will arrive after midnight but when we arrive hotel it was 3 am and we could not check in nobady was there. they dont have even check in desk.I called but no body answered.its is written that we supposed to ot an email for the room number and password but I didnt got it.It has bern 4 am in the morning and still I could not checked in!!!!
