Everybody was very nice.The daily breakfast was very good and the complimentary pineapple basil drink was extremely delicious.Room and shower were very clean.

The quality of the room does not match the price you will pay. Upon our initial entry into the room, a strong pungent smell of mildew and mold was present. In fact, we had to change rooms as one of us developed an asthma attack due to mildew and mold present. The rooms have poor ventilation. We certainly do not mind pay a premium price, so long as what you will receive mirrors what you pay. Also, there are numerous fines for petty items such as if you stain the towels, bd longs, and any other items the room may include. This is definitely one hotel I will not go back to.

My room did NOT meet my expectations for a $180 dollar a night room. Bathroom did NOT have a shower and was terribly cramped and hard to get around specially since the bathtub took up over half the space. TV only had ONE channel available, breakfast food was NOT healthy for me because of my diabetes. ONLY great thing about the hotel was the GREAT AND FRIENDLY STAFF who were were great every day of my stay.

This is the perfect place if you’re looking for more private and serenity. I was able to relax and enjoyed their breakfast very much. We love the happy hour and we had the pool to ourselves. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel’s amenities is way too pricey for its class. We paid the same price on our first day in the island at Hue Hotel at Station 2 but the amenities are way too far compared to Hue Hotel. This hotel is filthy and low grade. The front desk reception staff are not quite professional to deal with tourists. The receptionist was too loud and lack’s professional skills to deal with clients. They collected us extra money for our 11 year old when in fact the two hotels we stayed before them did not. They said they considered an 11 year old to be an adult. Since when an 11 year old became an adult???! They let us checked in early and they said they upgraded our room to garden suite with jacuzzi but we did not agree because that room was filthy and unacceptable. But in fairness the breakfast was good. Food was serve warm and it taste better than the others. This hotel’s ad in the web is misleading, since our expectations for the same hotel in its class were not met. The pictures they advertise is so misleading. This hotel is like a 2 star hotel but they charge like a 4 star hotel. I would never book in this hotel and would not definitely recommend it.

My Boracay Experience
Hotel staff super-friendly. Main reason why I extended my stay by an extra 4 days at the Hotel. A couple of minor things that I believe would add additional value to guests stay would be the following; A. The pool temperature could have been slightly higher during the late afternoon/early evening. B. Also feel the limitation on one cup of coffee in the morning a little stingy considering the hotel is offering itself as a 4-Star hotel. At the very least there should be a pot of coffee available and at least coffee/tea offered to guests in their rooms. NB. Would have been useful to have been informed in advance that their in-house credit card authorization was not available and only cash was acceptable. Additionally, that the gym was out of action. Neither were major things , however, would have meant I was better prepared as both were reasons why I booked the hotel

Staff are very welcoming and nice. Thats what made our stay memorable. Theres a bit of construction going on. But out room was in the quieter area. Clean pool and good ala carte breakfast. Overall, happy with the stay and will come back here if going to Boracay again.

Boracay = Heaven On Earth
Boracay Haven Suites is delightful hotel centrally located in Section 1 with the amazing beach only a short walk away and close to a nice array of restaurants and souvenir stores. The staff are very professional, as well as friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Worst Hotel on White Beach. Go to Henann Hotel!!
The place is ran by children. The hotel is in disrepair and the rooms are filthy. This hotel hid behind the typhoon during our stay to conserve generator fuel. After two days we had enough of water and power shutoffs from 10am-5pm. There was absolutely no WIFI either. When we went to ask neighboring hotels they had no shut downs whatsoever. They ran the generators all day and had water all day. Stay away from this place at all cost. The staff is extremely inexperienced. They continued to clean rooms serve food when they had no running water or electricity. They could not wash their hands while serving food or cleaning rooms. There are three wonderful Henann hotels on this beach for the same price. When we tried to check out the tried to steal our transfer voucher money from us even though they had a carbon copy of our receipt right in front of them. We finally had to threaten to go to the authorities to get our money back. Stay away at all costs from this place.

We like the jacuzzi at the back of our room. The room was really nice and clean. Service at the bar was slow. It took 35 minutes for them to serve my cheesecake and my mango dessert.

We really loved our stay in Boracay Haven Suites. The staffs are very warm and they know their guests and they greeted and assist us in everything we need. My baby enjoyed our stay there. Although the pool is very cold hahaha. We are definitely coming back. :)

We spent our honeymoon at this hotel and the staff were genuinely nice and really helped. Rooms are cleaned twice a day and the beach towel service is handy. Buffet breakfast was good too. Can’t recommend this hotel enough for the price.

Boracay Haven: a little piece of heaven in boracay
We’ve been in boracay haven suite for 5 days. For the positive side, the room was spacious and clean. Also, the Private jacuzzi is an added attraction to the room. The staffs also are very commendable with the way they interact with their guest. They are helpful and respectful all the time. The downside Of this hotel is their wifi connection, its kinda slow and also Their cable connections. The toiletries are incomplete like cotton buds, toothbrush and the likes. But all in all, its a Pleasant experience and we would like to come again

Great stay except...
We stayed in this hotel for five days, its close to the beach and d mall, the staffs are pretty helpful and nice. We stayed in the room with a direct access to the pool but for us who loves quiet time?probably not a good idea coz the room doesnt have that insulation and you can hear all people walking by, the room is clean except the hot tub which is included with room and its goshh its pretty gross and basically its useless because its so dirty and they claimed it as one if the amenities of the room which they shouldn’t coz it will just disappoint people. And other than that food for breakfast are okay typical filipino cuisine.our stay is great!
