Stayed for 4 nights & was pleasantly surprised. Location & customer service were the best perks of my stay :) Ariel’s house was definitely a gem & I enjoyed having breakfast by the beach every morning :) Hotel & Restaurant personnel were very helpful & greeted me everytime i saw them & i always felt safe & taken care of also. I was working for the first 1-2 days though, so the only improvement that i would suggest would be the weak wifi access & it was a hassle having to login every 20-30 mins (i did try another accommodation where the wifi was alot better though). Besides that, everything else was great. Very good 3.5 star hotel! The staff is super accommodating and friendly, specially Leonel! Breakfast is plenty of options and served in your room, swimming pool or at their beach bar with a great view! The hotel is quite quiet and the rooms are big and very well cleaned/maintained. You get a welcome drink on arrival and you immediately realize you're gonna be treated well. Decent swimming pool and chill area where you can have a drink too. The rooms are spatious, comfortable and clean. The hotel is not directly on the beach but this is just a matter of crossing a small street. The hotel provides the option to enjoy breakfast on the beach...and that is really nice. It is outside the busy area of station 2 and D'mall.
