"Unfortunately the outdoor hotub was on the fritz, during my stay one of the few reasons I choose this lovely little spot, right along the whitefish river absolutely beautiful. Can't imagine how awesome it would have been had I gotten the chance. They did offer me free shuttle ride to their sister property, so that was really thoughtful. The staff was phenomenal, especially Allison and every shuttle driver. The rooms were very comfortable and the building is well built and was quiet. Unfortunately the town of whitefish sucks something awful, the mountain is small but fun. I'll never be back , I'll stick to polson and Kalispell. Should I ever return , I will most definitely stay here. Great little affordable hotel. Especially if going to the mountains and don't wanna drive, it's very easy to get around. Just teach the locals some simple courtesy and manners. You'd be another Podunk town without your recreation. . "

"Hidden gem in the woods! The cabin was beautiful inside and out, we enjoyed the quietness of the area especially at night while sitting in the hot tub. Very spacious and comfortable for two families traveling together with pets. Easy 10min drive into town and ski hill! Will for sure stay here again! Tl"

"The place was great!! Very clean, fully stocked with pillows, towels (even for the hot tub), soap and shampoo, spices, oils, and well equipped kitchen. Sounds small but liquid hand soap in every bathroom was a very nice touch. Full washer and dryer with detergent. Location was fantastic. 5 min to town, 15 min to the base of the ski resort. Would definitely rent here again. "

"This property had distinct pros and cons. On the plus side the home is as-advertised: large with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of room for eight, even though we were only six. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was spotless when we arrived. The downside was snow removal, or rather lack thereof. The driveway is very steep and curved (I'd be shocked if 6 cars could actually fit) and extremely icy. I was unable to get out without putting my truck in 4WD, and my wife's front wheel drive was unable to make it up the slope without assistance (she would up parking in the overflow spots on the road). While the listing shows a photo of a two car garage it is not accessible to guests. This should be stated explicitly in the listing. Be aware that this property is managed by a third party, Natural Retreats. They were very professional and responsive, but a bit pushy when it came to money. For example their cleaning crew found our group had left a few items of clothing behind. They were kind enough to send it back to us, and I was happy to pay the 20, but received three "Balance Due" notifications in the 12 hours following."

"This property was perfect for 6 adults, 2 toddlers, and 2 labradors! Plenty of room inside and outside. Amenities are top notch, and the host is super responsive. Kitchen is the best equipped we’ve ever experienced. Beds are very comfortable, and the decor is very nice without being pretentious. So much to see and do…this is a place to return to in any and all seasons!"
