« Great time was had by all 3 of us. Location of the apartment was great. Rooms were comfor;table; everywhere was very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Linen was good quality. Met the cleaner as we were leaving and she was pleasant and charming.. Only problem was the spiral staircase we ranged in ages from late 60s to late 70s and the we’re difficult to get up and down. The youngest of the the group got the attic. bedroom. The host was very helpful with the enquiry I made. York is a wonderful...

"Hôtel correct mais ne correspond pas aux standards d'un 4\*. Il n'y avait pas de rampe pour les valises. Les personnes à l'accueil étaient très agréables lors de notre arrivée mais plutôt désagréables lors de notre départ. La douche n'est pas pratique, n'ayant pas de pommeau, et il n'y avait qu'un bonnet de bain pour deux. Le chrome cast était défaillant. La vue et la literie étaient agréables."

"Ils ont prélevé l’argent le jour avant mon arrivée, malgré avoir indiqué paiement à l’hôtel sur le site Hotels.com. Il n’y avait pas d’articles de toilette dans la chambre sous prétexte de sauver la planète, pas de biscuits non plus. C’est assez loin du centre et très cher. Le personnel était agréable et le petit déjeuner correcte."
