This Blowing Rock home has an updated kitchen with granite counters, new backsplash, and a fabulous Hotpoint oven with the charm and reliability that many new ovens lack. Bring your favourite k-cups to brew your morning coffee. A new dining table seats all 8 guests, and opens to the cozy living room with gas log fireplace. The main level has a king bed with a TV and ceiling fan. The full bath entrance is next to the bedroom, with granite counters and a shower. The deck has a view overlooking scenic Blowing Rock and a table for dining al fresco. On the lower level, there is a den with a Queen sleeper sofa and smart TV for hanging out or playing video games. There are two full bedrooms on the lower level, each with a private TV and direct access to the . One has a king sized bed, one with a queen. Each have a private TV and access to the full bath. They shared a Jack and Jill bath, with each having their own toilet and sink, but a shared shower. \-​​​​​​​ Parking maximum of 2 vehicles \-This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs under 50lbs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. \-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am. \- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided \- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent. \- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. \- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. \- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook. \- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable. \- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. The house had all the amenities we needed The layout of the house worked well for our family. The only distraction is the road noise from hiway 321 if you want to sit outside. The cabin so so cozy and cute. It was clean and in a great location, close to everything, and communication with rental co was fast and easy. We will definitely be back. The only thing I would recommend is to get the sliding glass door lock fixed- the lock doesn’t work, there is only a wooden bar to put in the track. Otherwise it was great!! ##### Holly S. It was not a 5 star property. The kitchen was not usable it was so tiny, the decor and furniture was mediocre and was not comfortable. No view, road noise. Positives: Good location, clean, everything in good working and comfortable beds. When we arrived the code to the door did not work for us so we had to sit out in the cold at night in our cars until we received a return phone call. Den was nice and pretty decor in the cabin. Nice rocking chairs on the front porch and great patio table and chairs area. We did have trouble opening the front door when we arrived , the code didn’t work as told and had to make multiple phone calls to get reset. Finally did get in and no further issues. Basement had a little closed in smell but was clean and beautifully decorated. Parking was tight but good for our one car. We would recommend this cabin for convenience and privacy but not if you have a big truck or vehicle that needs turning around or if you have multiple vehicles with your party . We did enjoy and would return for more memories! Communication was perfect with emails and preparation. ##### Mary S.
