This 4-bedroom home is located near App Ski Mountain, right in the heart of the High Country! The property boasts a hot tub, fire pit, game room, and brand new furniture and bedding! There is a king and queen room on the main level, each with a private a/c window unit, that share a full bathroom. There is a futon in the living room for additional sleeping space. Upstairs is the master suite with a king bed, a/c window unit, flat screen TV, and private full bathroom! Downstairs is the bunk room featuring two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds. Also downstairs is a fun game room that offers a pool table, ping-pong table, foosball table and a children's pool table! There is a flat screen TV here, as well. Step outside onto the back deck and enjoy the fresh mountain air! The deck is furnished with plenty of outdoor seating for the family to gather around. Underneath the deck is a nice size hot tub, big enough for 4-5 people. In the yard there is a nice stone fire pit in the gently sloping yard. Perfect place for fun outdoor activities with the kids! Additional notes: \- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. \- This property is located at over 4,000 feet in elevation feet and does not have central air conditioning. There are various window units. \- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax. \- This home is pet friendly, 2 mature well trained dogs allowed. Pet rent is $25 per pet per night. \- Enough parking space for 4-5 vehicles. \- The road leading to this home is paved however AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months. \- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am \- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent. \- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. \- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. \- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook. \- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable. \- There is one exterior security camera facing the driveway. CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. I had a 4x4 SUV and had no issues getting up to the property. We chose this house because of the “game room”. There was no possible way to play ping pong and there was no kids pool table, which was disappointing. The bottom floor bedroom was extremely COLD. The kids only watched TV while the heater was on, didn’t want to leave the heater on with kids down there all night. The house needs a little maintenance on the outside. If you want privacy, this house is not for you, it’s very loud, you can hear everything. Our trip was great but next time I’ll reach out to actually speak to someone before I book online. It was spacious enough for our 3 families with children to not be on top of each other. Unfortunately, there are a variety of little things about the house that need work. The grill did not work, there were multiple broken chairs both in the house and on the porch/fire pit area, there was a broken table on the porch, there were multiple broken vent covers which people were tripping over. The overall cleanliness, especially in the kitchen, was not what I have seen in other properties. The provided kitchen utensils were sparse. Overall, having stayed in several mountain properties over the years, I would say this was below average, especially for the price, but is absolutely a good location for exploring the area. ##### Evan Z. The kitchen is poorly stocked for cooking/baking. The beds were VERY firm and we all had trouble sleeping on them. The carpet in the upstairs living room was filthy!
