A perfect place to sit on the large front deck, watch the river and simply relax and recharge. Your new riverfront home includes a spacious living area with the comforts of home - a large flat screen TV and internet. Vaulted ceilings with loft and gas fireplace with a fully equipped kitchen await. There are three bedrooms and loft space, with a master on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor so that everyone has their own space. Your new home away from home has two and a half baths and a washer/dryer. The loft is a perfect place to read, watch TV or play games. The back deck gives you a great view of the surrounding woods with a gas grill. Enjoy all the river has to offer with tubing, kayaking, and fly fishing. A bit further from Boone, Blowing Rock, and Banner Elk than we expected, but still only about 15 minutes from Boone. Nowhere closer to grab groceries that we saw. House could use a good "spring cleaning" and some maintenance but overall very nice. For coffee drinkers - the pictures show a standard drip coffee maker but it did have a Keurig combo drip & pod coffee maker when we stayed - bring coffee filters.
