Property felt secluded while still being just a few minutes away from hiking and downtown. The teens enjoyed the bunk room and hot tub. There was also a bottle under the couch left from a previous guest so it felt as if the home had not been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival.All of the beds/frames were incredibly loud - we had a family with children staying in the bunk room and every time someone rolled over, all of the creaks and noises woke everyone else up. The master bed was the same way. Just something to be aware of if you’re planning on more than one person in these rooms as it was very disruptive to our stay. ##### Megan K. We needed a place that would allow our pup and that the location was somewhat close to the University. This little place fit the bill. We loved the heated floors in the bathrooms. The beds slept very comfortably and the kitchen had all the items we needed. We have our own VRBO, so expectations are always high and this little cottage met all the criteria with flying colors!
