Whether you are gathering for a reunion, celebrating a special occasion, or simply escaping the everyday, this 6-bedroom, 6.5-bath mountain retreat offers the ultimate blend of luxury, comfort, and play. Mountain Luxury at Its Finest Arrive via a paved driveway and step into mountain elegance through the grand front entrance or pull right into the spacious 2-car garage. Inside, you'll be greeted by soaring ceilings, warm wood accents, and a layout designed for connection and relaxation. The chef's kitchen is a dream for entertaining: honed granite countertops, a spacious maple island, a double oven, gas stove, two dishwashers, two sinks, and a second refrigerator in the nearby laundry room (with a third sink, another large countertop, and two washers and driers) make meal prep for a crowd seamless. Hearthstone is more than just a stay. It's where lifelong memories are made. Whether you're sipping coffee while the fog lifts over the peaks, watching the kids race down the mountainside slide, or savoring unforgettable sunset mountain vistas, this home offers beauty, tranquility, and laughter in every moment. ADDITIONAL NOTES: \- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided \- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am \- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent. \- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. \- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. \- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook. \- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable. \- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. \- This home allows up to 3 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. \- Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night plus tax. \- Events are not permitted at this home. Thank you for respecting this rule and not requesting an exception. CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. The carpets need cleaning, fire pit should be replaced, couch in the sunroom is torn, furniture worn, and some other minor issues. A little outdated but so much to offer. The game room was a hit for my teenagers. Separate sitting rooms to accommodate everyone and allow different environments in each. Hot tub was nice although old and not all the jets work. Hearthstone was an amazing place to gather for a large family with children. There were so many games and activities available that we did not realize would keep us all so entertained. Everyone could have their own space! and If you needed to hide for a while, there’s plenty of room in this house! We were all up for a wedding weekend for one of our supper club kids! This house had plenty of room for entertaining…from 2 separate dens for movie/tv watching, a massive game room, a dining room table that would seat 18 and with an amazing view and more! Everything was clean and well stocked with all we needed. The house is great with ample space and most of all we loved the amazing outdoor space with the play area for our children. On the first morning we realized the coffee maker was broken, but the agency immediately brought us a new one and were easy to communicate with. I took a group of 20 college students from our church, and they loved everything. The Kitchen has a double oven which is excellent when cooking for a group. The dining table can seat everyone and is perfect for board games. The numerous sitting areas are also great for group meetings and separate enough for a large group to split up and do multiple activities. If you have a group retreat this is definitely the place for you. Blue ridge rentals is also excellent to work with, they were very helpful in navigating the difficulty of Boone winter weather. ##### Chase C.
