« The breakfast staff was very friendly and always available to refill whatever needed to be filled.
The room itself looked old and dingy, really used and abused, stained chairs, horrible pillows.
We booked this particular hotel because we wanted to have the option to have an indoor pool. I called beforehand and asked about the condition of the pool and if if it was open. I was assured that it was. When we got to the Hotel and wanted to use the pool, we were told that the poolPool was closed...
