This condo features a covered front entry and rear deck with an amazing Grandfather Mountain view. The view can be admired from the deck or from the large picture windows in the open kitchen and living room areas. The kitchen features custom kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops, hardwood floors, and stainless-steel appliances. It is fully equipped with everything to prepare a meal inside or outside on the built-in-gas grill. The living room is cozy and inviting with a cultured stone gas fireplace, hardwood floors, comfortable furniture and a TV. Stay for a weekend to relax or an extended period and enjoy all the High Country has to offer. This condo is on the bottom floor (downstairs) with an elevator. In case of power outages or elevator equipment malfunctions, the condo will be stair access only. Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing. The check in/out process was very simple. Foscoe Rentals sent all the necessary information via text, which was very convenient. The condo was very clean! Great view of the mountains and you can get to Boone, blowing rock, banner elk, and blue ridge parkway in 30 minutes or less! Wasn’t in the condo for long periods so didn’t get the chance to use any of the amenities. WiFi was a little challenging in the living area but outside of this we would be staying here again! ##### Johnny C.
