My biggest complaint is since my stay in February, their main office has been hounding me by phone with some type of offer. I wouldn't stay there again due to their aggressive marketing policy. On the most recent call I asked to be removed from their list. We shall see. Regarding the property, I didn't like that the 1BR unit was 2 levels. Tiny living room was on the first level, everything else downstairs.

Property was clean and the staff was excellent. The unit was well appointed but dated and dark. Excellent location being close to Sugar Mountain ect. For the the price point it was very good.

Construction upkeep and maintenance is year-round work and I understand. Peak seasons are not the time to be in the middle of construction. The staff was very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay when I booked my room, description, and reservations included a Jacuzzi of which was not available, and also was under the understanding there would be a fitness room. Also not existent. It was very conveniently located to Sugar mountain for skiing.

Pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the unit! A one bedroom is more like a suite with washer/dryer and full kitchen. Will definitely stay there again!

10/10 Fabulous place to stay!
Loved this resort. I called ahead of time to let the front desk know that we would be a late check in, and we were coming up a baby. When we arrived in our room, they had left a pack n play for the baby which was awesome. The room was clean, service was excellent… only regret was not staying longer. It’s really a beautiful hotel. Tons of gasps of excitement as we entered our room. I highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay
Location is great Staff was very friendly. We arrived early & to our surprise were able to check in early without any trouble & start our vacay....greatly appreciated!! Our unit was away from the current renovations, so our stay wasn't disrupted at all. Our unit had not been updated yet,but was in fairly good condition considering it is time for a remodel. The weather was fantastic during our stay and we would not have had to even run the A/C if we'd had a ceiling fan in the living room & if both sets of patio doors had screens.....we would recommend screens & ceiling fans. We love the coffee machine in the hospitality cabin!! Props to Aiden- he was friendly, an expert rock skipper & had to rescue paddle boaters twice during our stay We enjoyed the ice cream social bar & s'more activities We never saw anything about music in the evenings, so not sure if that was a private thing, so we enjoyed from afar on our deck

Very nice and convenient Condo
This was a very nice condo to stay. Everything in the condo was well maintained and pretty up to date looking. Service was really good as well. It's also extremely convenient to Sugar Mountain and a good value. Only complaint was they have no hot tub on site and the jacuzzi tub didn't work, but those are very minor and wouldn't keep me from staying here again.

This property is Very nice outside and pretty good inside. This two floor condo is at least 15 years old. But many things like the washer and dryer have been updated. Everything works, but the cabinets and bathrooms are dated. The condo was comfy and very clean. The appliances were all good, just dated

Poor choice of accommodations
Below our rental unit (4H) was the maintenance room with staff coming and going all hours in their 4-wheelers, and smoking in and/or outside the room. The smoke infiltrated into our room and was disgusting. We complained, but nothing changed. The "guests" above us lacked any control over their kid(s) who ran around bouncing off the furniture and walls making so much noise on our ceiling we couldn't enjoy our stay. It shook the ceiling and walls so much, one of the ceiling fan bulbs blew out. We called security re: "noise concerns", but they never answered. Needless to say we won't be back..

Great stay
Staff/manager was VERY accommodating. We traveled with 16 people (4rooms) the day before the snow storm (1-15-22) They grouped our rooms the best they could. The maintenance guys were very helpful/friendly. They kept areas plowed the best they could and helped several people shovel their vehicles and helped push them after being stuck. The rooms were well kept although dishes were not as clean as i would have liked the overall cleanliness was good. The location was great and very close to Sugar Mountain ski resort. we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Generally very good, but some drawbacks
We've stayed at Blue Ridge many times in the past, but things were a little different after the pandemic. Basically, they do a great job at providing the necessities such as utensils, bowls, glasses, dish washing liquid, TP, and appliances such as a coffeemaker (you supply your own coffee), dishwasher, blow dryer, and the like. The problems we had were that we couldn't choose which type of unit we were assigned and the design features of some units are problematic. Every time we came before we had stayed in a single floor unit. But this time we got "loft" units with the master bedroom on the second floor, even though in the reservation made months earlier we noted that some of us had mobility limitations. Somehow, the operators don't know who gets which units until 2 weeks before the arrival date, at which point you generally can't make changes due to there being few or no rooms available. But they don't even look at your requests until that 2 week point. The loft units were very nice, but they shared a common furnishing defect. They all had a high ceiling living rooms with a large window in the upper half of one wall. This let the sun in and there were NO CURTAINS or any means to prevent the sun from beaming directly down upon you depending on the time of day. If the sky was cloudy you were lucky, but otherwise you had to cope as best you could. This also heated the room quite a bit. Still, we rate the units very good overall.

I was pleasantly surprised with this property. When first checked in I learned that their pool is undergoing maintenance and it is not available. We have 3 kids and this was a huge disappointment. However, I explained this to the kids and we were in the mountains anyway:-) Well, let me tell you the informational packet for activities around the area was exceptional!!! They listed out every restaurant, gift shop, waterfall, sightseeing places with easy to follow direction. I absolutely loved it! The loft we stayed in was clean, well equipped, perfect location (looking towards the pond). We were very happy with this place and would return when all the pool amenities updates are done!!!

At the time of my stay they were in the process of renovations. They had moved the main office to another location. The pool/hot tub weren't available, but they did give you information at check-in as to what was going on with the property as well as availabilities allowed due to renovation and COVID. Overall the property and room were well maintained. I definitely would stay again.
