Welcome to Bonny Chill - Walk to Bartletts Beach, pet friendly. Nestled 200m from Bartletts Beach, Bonny Chill is one of the original beach houses built in the 1950s recently renovated in 2021 with stylish interior, great getaway for couples or small families. Aircon in lounge, coffee machine, dishwasher, free WiFi, smart TV. Local cafes and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes walk. Easy access to 4 beaches and bush walking trails. Pet friendly on request for non-shedding dogs, manager pre-approval required.

Upstairs features an open plan living, kitchen and dining room, as well as two bedrooms and 1 bathroom with separate toilet.  
Downstairs areas are accessible via outdoor access only, there are no internal stairs.  
Downstairs has a second traditional bathroom aka laundry with shower and toilet, washing machine and dryer.

Fully fenced yard with white picket fence, landscaped gardens and potted palms make this a relaxing entertaining space after lazy days on the beach. Ocean views towards Bartletts Beach.

THE AREA  
Bonny Hills offers a relaxed lifestyle, beautiful beaches and community spirit with great cafes only a short stroll away as well as the local surf club open Friday night for drinks on the deck where you can soak up the sea views.  
Bartletts Beach is one block way, 3 minutes walk, a protected beach for small children. Spoonys Bay is located through a lovely bush track about 5 minutes walk as well as Shelly Beach in the other direction, both have great rock pools at low tide, ideal for collecting shells with the kids. Patrolled Rainbow Beach is 5-10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive. Grab your coffees on your way through from either Crave@Bonnys or Bonnys Cafe.  
Adopt the beach lifestyle and enjoy outdoor living, beach, hiking, bush tracks, wild flowers, mountain biking or simply relaxing. You name it, we¿ve got it.  
  
PET FRIENDLY - NON-SHEDDING DOGS ONLY - PRE-APPROVAL REQUIRED  
We allow non-shedding dogs on request, just chat to us. Please inform us about your dog breed and age, as courtesy to the property owner. Maximum 1 dog allowed. Pets not allowed on beds and lounge. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation of being a responsible pet owner.  
We have many pet-friendly beaches and bush walking trails accessible on foot from the beach house.  
  
OTHER  
We cater to families and couples. Property not suitable for young adult groups, schoolies, uni-groups, large adult groups, hens or bucks crowds to keep our neighbours happy. We have other properties that might be suitable, just chat to us about your needs.
