"The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was surprisingly good. It was conveniently located near the airport and the complimentary shuttle was quick qnd efficient. Its pretty far from downtown, but once we learned about the 1 line public transportation, which gets you there easily and for only $3/person, that problem was easily solved. "

"Our family of five (3 kids) stayed the night before our cruise. Hotel picked us up at the airport (free) we just had to call when we landed and went to the right spot. Kids loved the pool. Typical breakfast- no complaints. Our cruise ended up being delayed until that night so we hung out in the huge lobby all day without any issues. For cruisers…. Use the Seattle express option for transportation. It ain’t cheap but they were so accommodating with the ship delay. They made sure we got there no problem. We would stay at this hotel again! "
