Very clean and updated.Friendly neighbors.Will and Chrissy were very nice and gifted me some Missouri Lace Druzy and told me about the history of the property. Property owners were nice and answered questions quickly via email. My only suggestion would be to get a mat by the shower door. Other than that, our stay was nice and comfortable. Description of property was accurate however the bedroom with the bunk beds has no door. This was problematic with young kids as lights and talking easily traveled into that room. Our only issue was this is an apartment on the bottom floor. The neighbors above were clearly throwing a party each night and the music was LOUD. For this reason we didn't have a good night's sleep and are pretty tired. I know this isn't on the owner but something to be aware of.
