The hotel is the other side of the railway from the town centre so has to be reached by tunnel under the station - the nearest one is ok but the next one was not nice and there were people begging outside the supermarket next to the hotel. The hotel, however is fine - my room was large enough with fridge and good wardrobe and although my room looked down on the railway platforms I didn't hear anything when the window was closed. I would use it again.

Flight was delayed due to storms and therefore we arrived at the hotel later than planned, only to find out they had given our rooms away and so we had nowhere to stay that night. Unacceptable without any communication!

The organic market next to the hotel helps a lot. Breakfast is excellent. Breakfast is free for kids. There is kettle and refrigerator in the room. The room space is amazing among Europe hotels. Join their membership can have free high speed Wi-Fi and city transport card. I would like to stay again when visiting Bonn.

I have stayed in a number of the Intercity hotels. As with the others, this hotel combines a good standard with a competitive price. The rooms are of a decent size and are well equipped. The breakfast option is good, and there is a wide variety of choices. I particularly liked the fact that the rolls and croissants were warm and freshly baked. Staff are friendly and informative. Transport links couldn't be better.

Parking is Terrible
Parking situation is terrible. It would keep me from coming back. Bed was OK. The heating and cooling was nit good either. Our bartender made up for it. He was very helpful.

The room was very nice, very close to Downtown Bonn, directly at the Main Train station. The card to use unlimited buses and Subways is really nice. Shopping is nice but not superb, but reasonable.

처음부터 끝까지 엉망 그 자체. 지긋지긋한 원수한테도 추천하고 싶지 않은 호텔.
* 최대한 객관적으로 쓰고 싶은데 중간중간에 격해지는거 양해 부탁드립니다. 많은 리뷰들이 있는데 진짜로 괜찮아서 쓴 리뷰가 맞는지? 일단 일주일동안 묵었고 그 동안 있었던 것 다 기록할테니까 부디 참고하시고 더럽든 무섭든 피하는 쪽을 선택하시길. 이는 5에서 다양한 에피소드로 다룰 예정. 1. 영어발음이 후지고 불친절한 직원들^^ 딱 한 명 빼고 다 별로였는데 만약 취소하지 못할 상황이라면 꼭 그 친절한 직원을 만나길 바랍니다. 2. 수건에서 암내 쩌는 냄새가 난다. 진짜 역겨움. 호텔이라고 해서 수건 안 챙겨갔는데 결국 가서 사서 씀. 모든 수건이 다 그러하니 어떠한 기대도 마시길. 3. 싸구려 통합형 어매니티. 샴푸와 바디워시가 통합된 형태. 머리 개털되고 싶으면 있는거 쓰세요. 이거도 결국 사서 씀. 4. 토일렛? 토우웩! 타일 사이사이에는 샤워기로 한 번만 슥 뿌려도 흐르는 물때가 잔뜩 껴있음. 정말 역겨움. 5. 대응이 정말 줘까틈 (1) 히터와 에어컨 기능의 장치가 있는데 창문을 잘 여닫지 않으면 작동이 안됨. 그 불친절한 직원이 원래 환기만 되는거라고 구라를 갈김. 사용설명서를 읽어봐도 납득이 안 되서 다른 직원한테 문의했더니 충분한 설명 후 바로 해결. 한겨울인 날씨에 맨다리로 다녔던 나였지만 호텔에서는 진짜 얼어죽을뻔. (2) 들어가자마자 이런저런 호텔 상황에 많이 빡쳤지만, 아무리 컴플레인해도 못 알아듣는 척 해서 그냥 포기하고 지냄. 커튼이랑 이불 상태와 토우웩 상태에 대해서 설명했지만 다음날 대응은 내 방 청소 무시와 정 니가 필요하면 다른 방을 주겠다며 바로 옆옆방 제공. 왜 이런 사태가 일어났냐고 물어보니 다른 직원이 게으르다는 것을 핑계로 댐. * 이 많은 후기들이 진실이라면 나는 내가 부당한 대우를 받았다는 킹리적갓심이 든다. 첫 해외여행이라 모든 호텔이 그런줄 알았는데 다른 호텔 가보니 정말 다르더라. 다시는 본 근처도 가고 싶지 않다. 정망 많은 추억이 있는 독일이지만 죽을때까지 다시 오지 않을 생각이다. 소중한 여행을 망치고 싶은 자 꼭 방문하시길.
