"This was a great house, had all the amenities!!! Great golf cart, bikes, stocked kitchen, fabulous views!!! The only drawback was that it is right next to the golf cart / bike rental business, and every morning at about 8am and throughout the day they are pressure washing the golf carts. Very noisy.. so much so that I couldn’t leave the balcony doors open To enjoy the beautiful breezes! I wish that had been described in the listing!"

"I love staying at Ann’s place! It’s the perfect location on the island and I brought one of my very good friends to Fripp Island for the first time. Our dogs, Riley and Benny had a blast, taking walks every day playing on the beach and riding in the golf cart! Highly recommend!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed this property. It was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. There were many dining options and I loved the adult only pool and jacuzzi. The only complaint is that the jacuzzi was not hot or even warm. It would be nice if the jets were stronger."
