Fully renovated in 2024, this unit boasts high-end finishes and decor and aims to please even the most discerning of guests. This is part of a private multi-unit complex located in a quiet, residential neighborhood of Bonita Springs and features a large fenced-in backyard with grill, fire pits, hammocks and more...   
Pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs, your 4-legged friend will surely enjoy running around the large fenced-in area.  
  
The Space:  
This recently renovated 2 BR / 1 BA unit boasts 1200 sqft. of optimized vacation space and was re-designed with guests needs in mind. Featuring 2 bright bedrooms with Queen beds, a spacious bathroom with tub, a brand new kitchen outfitted with small and large appliances, quartz countertops and plenty of cabinet space, all to maximize your experience and comfort. Our guests will be among the first to experience the top of the line upgrades and finishes!  
  
Guest Access:  
Guests have access to the unit, parking, a large fenced-in backyard, in-unit washer and dryer and high-speed Wifi. In addition, guests will have access to top of the line beach gear.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
The unit is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood of Bonita Springs, roughly a mile away from downtown Bonita Springs and 4 miles away from Bonita Beach.  
Downtown Bonita Springs offer plenty of options for dining, shopping, parks, canoeing on the Imperial River, and a full calendar of special events.  
  
Getting Around:  
Car is recommended to get around.

Gusts must complete a rental agreement prior to checking in.
