This was the perfect cottage for us. Very comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, nice quiet neighborhood, very clean, with wonderful amenities. Although not quite on the river, it is on a canal that leads to the river. Adjacent to the Riverside park and easy walking distance to downtown. We enjoyed the screened-in front porch for morning coffee and the back outdoor dining area for lunch. There were thoughtful little touches like toilet paper in the shape of a rose that my 4 year old keeps talking about! Only complaint is the master bed, a little uncomfortable and noisy bed frame each time you move around, and sheets were very stiff. Otherwise, loved our stay!! About 10 minutes from the beach. Feb 4, 2022 #### Beautiful house in a great location! This was the perfect house for me and my husband, toddler and infant. We loved how clean, bright and spacious it was, and especially appreciated the short drive to the beach. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren’t for the bed. The mattress had no support, the sheets felt like paper and the crinkly waterproof mattress cover was hot and uncomfortable.
