Fenced in back yard. 4\. Screened in back patio. 5\. House was clean. 6\. Garage (attached) has a washer and a dryer and is a great place to store your bicycles or whatever you have with you. 7\. This rental exceeded our expectations and the value for what we paid cannot be overstated. And did I mention it was immaculate? And close to everything? And we were allowed to bring our pet?
