A complimentary shuttle to the beach, bus stop is a minute walk from the villa. Irene’s Bella House exceeded all expectations. It matched the online pix perfectly and the entire condo was immaculate. Everything looked brand new. The kitchen and bathrooms looked like they had just been renovated. The kitchen was stocked well beyond any I have ever seen. From the comfy bed, to the attractive modern furniture and fluffy linens, it felt spacious and cozy. The main room had beautiful light and a lovely view of the trees behind the lanai. The quiet surroundings and ideal layout gave us and overnight guests plenty of privacy. Despite a longer ride to and from the gatehouse, the Bonita Bay location was ideal. The luxurious community is close to everything from farmers markets to restaurants and shops. The condo was a 3 minute walk to the mailboxes and a clean, heated pool. Irene was a hands-off but always-available owner. She left easy-to-follow instructions for the keypad doors and garage. Making the res and payments was a snap. The well located, clean, and beautifully appointed condo felt like home. We’ve already made reservations for next year. Thank you Irene and VRBO! ##### Sherry S. The villa was looking as new, beautifully maintained, offering all the comforts of home with a touch of luxury. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to enjoy meals in when we wanted, and the spacious living areas were perfect for relaxing after a day out. The bedrooms were glamorous, cozy, and the bathrooms were spotless, featuring modern amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the peaceful view of the green garden from Leni. The neighbourhood had a list of amenities: pool, whirlpool, gym, tennis, pickleball, kayaking, shuttle to beach park and more.
