The estimated completion time is not guaranteed and subject to change as per unexpected contractor and/or weather delays. While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of recent hurricanes and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful and accessible right across the street from this condo, the sun continues to shine and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made. Ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach & Fort Myers Beach - local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area! Due to damage from the previous hurricanes, work is still being done to restore the grounds, atriums and landscaping. Occasional daytime noise is possible. The tennis courts are currently closed, but two temporary pickleball courts are available. This cozy and intimate Bonita Beach and Tennis studio condominium, located immediately across the street from Bonita Beach will provide the perfect getaway for beach lover! Clean and well maintained, it comes with just about everything you need to enjoy your visit to our tropical paradise beach town! The studio floorplan boasts an open kitchen, dining, and living area. The condo extremely clean and is well equipped with everything you might need. Restaurant across the street with good food for a quick meal. We had issues with the coffee pot and someone came and showed us how to use it. We never did figure out the Roku TV. We watched our shows on our IPad via YouTube TV. The location of this quaint Beach studio was amazing. Just a quick walk across the street to the beautiful beach and several fine restaurants. It was easy to get to Sanabel, Captiva and Naples from there for exploring. The place was very comfortable and the bed very nice. One could easily cook there and relax on the screened in lanai. I found it to be a very convenient, quiet and relaxing place. This condo is directly across from the beach. Perfect location. The unit was nicely furnished and very clean. Loved the partition between the living area and the bedroom, it offers great privacy.
