It is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood yet walking distance to the sparkling city pool and the center of Historic Downtown Bonita Springs. The house is well maintained with new flooring and an open living space. The backyard is a private tropical oasis with palm trees, birds of paradise and several decks. Take your morning coffee to the dock and observe the amazing Southwest Florida wildlife, including birds, fish and iguanas. The house comfortably sleeps 6\. All three bedrooms have queen size beds. In addition, there is a pull-out full size sleeper sofa. The house is ideal for 2 or 3 couples or as an ideal location to meet up with friends. The newly revitalized Riverside Park area is approximately a 10 minute walk. There are several events held at the Riverside Park amphitheater. The beautiful city pool is just a 2 minute walk and is accessible to visitors for a 3$ fee. Kayak and paddle board rentals are available at nearby Riverside Park. Highly recommended is also a Kayaking adventure through Manatee Kayaking / Seaside Kayaking. (Book online and trips leave from Big Hickory Island). The house is located approximately 20 miles from the Southwest Florida International Airport (Fort Meyers, RSW). Two nearby beaches, Barefoot Beach and Lovers' Key, have won several awards as US top beaches. Non-smoking adults only. The property is clean and every bit as beautiful as the pictures indicate. The backyard, front yard itself look like a tropical garden.
