Barefoot Beach was recently voted the second best beach in the United States. The 'Boat House' is tastefully decorated in water tone colors. Its warm inviting ambience conveys a light and carefree attitude to life under the motto: Sea, Salt and Sand (sea, salt and sand). Special comfort is offered by a beautiful PRIVATE saltwater pool (southern exposure) a quiet garden behind the house and a modern open plan kitchen with high-end appliances in stainless steel & marble countertop. A flat-screen TV, a radio and sound system and high-speed Internet throughout the house complete the offer. On the sundeck surrounded by palm trees you will find cozy lounge chairs and a teak dining table with chairs and a charcoal Weber grill. A short walk will take you to a variety of restaurants. The kitchen was laid out perfectly and there were plenty of dishes and cutlery. The decor was upscale and beachy, but not in a gaudy overdone way. Everything was pretty and clean. We had a little issue with the pool heater but the owner called right away and took care of things quickly. We will stay here again. This was my first time renting a private home for our vacation stay, so I had lots of questions! Mrs. Marion made herself available to answer each and every one! She even offered to drive over and let me in herself when I 🤓 couldn’t get the key out of the lockbox. Everything we needed during our stay was there! This home lacked absolutely nothing! When we did have to go for groceries, etc., we drove 9 minutes to Publix, which had a WalMart directly across the street and a Walgreens just around the corner. It was quite charming, very clean, comfortable and very relaxing! The neighborhood was very quiet and kid friendly! My sweet grand babies wanted to stay forever!!!
