The lanai is perfect spot to watch the sunset, relax and soak in Bonita Bay's beauty and peaceful tranquility. Unit is available for Nightly (minimum 3 nights), Weekly, Monthly or Seasonal Rentals. A well set up unit that has everything you need with a wonderful corner lanai with great views of both water and golf course. Only major objections were that the interior appearance was dated. The entry lock was difficult to read the numbers at night and difficult to open (needs new lockbox (IMHO). It is a nice unit that has not not been updated/renovated for a good 30-40 years but in a nice neighborhood. The pool is a little tired but calm. We received a very detailed email with entry instructions from Dean and had no issue upon arrival. Every morning we drank coffee on the balcony and watched the golfers. In the afternoon we walked over to the pool which is located just on the other side of the parking lot. We visited the beach for sunset which is a must do. The condo’s location is very convenient with Fresh Market and Publix located on the other side of Tamiami Trail. We took an Uber in to Naples one night and had dinner at Seasons 52 and then an after dinner drink at The Blue Martini. The bed at Dean’s Condo was so comfortable. The entire place had exactly what we needed for our stay. ##### Christina M. Bonita Bay development is a great location: access to National Wildlife Refuges, State Parks, and preserves; close to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants; and close to beaches. In fact, the development runs a free shuttle from the condo to the beach every hour. We used it every day. What a great service! For those who like to swim in pools, there is a very nice one a couple of hundred yards away from the condo. The condo itself faces west, with a nice screen porch for relaxing. (Only negative: in the morning the golf green maintenance machinery can be very loud.) The condo has everything one needs, including excellent WiFi and television. There are miles of walking and bike paths in the development, and three parks worth exploring. We found it a great place to stay. ##### Bonnie W. Apr 20, 2018 #### Bonita Bay Experience Our first vacation in this part of Florida and the time spent could not have been any better. We met so many people in the condo complex as well in the Bonita Bay Community. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Spent many hours playing tennis and pickleball. Having a shuttle to take us to the beach was convenient. Be advised the condo is not that large so I would not recommend more than two people. Just a note as well you are facing the first tee or fairway on the golf course and the mowers start at seven in the morning. For us this is not a deal breaker. Would we stay in Bonita Bay or deal with Dean in the future? Yes in a heartbeat. We only stayed two weeks, wish we could have stayed for much longer. ##### Christian L. As another review noted you are on the first hole of the golf course and the grounds crew is out at 7 a.m. Hard to sleep with the slider open due to noise. Otherwise the view is wonderful. The condo itself was too small for us. It is a one bedroom, with absolutely no storage. We had suitcases, coolers, and other paraphernalia piled in every nick and cranny possible. For a week I can see this as not being a problem. For us it was too cramped for a month. Dean is very responsive owner. The only real issue with the condo is the cleaners.
