Bookings open December 5 for our new Bonita Springs vacation home! This 3-bedroom, canal-front house offers direct Gulf access in 10 minutes. Relax on the private balcony with a hot tub spa (coming 2026) and waterfront views. The home is just minutes from Lover's Key State Park, shopping, and dining (Coconut Point Mall). It also includes a boat slip and modern amenities like a fully equipped kitchen and high-speed WiFi, perfect for your next family getaway. Bring your Boat (or rent one).  
We are excited to announce the upcoming addition to our vacation rental portfolio! This stunning 3-bedroom house in Bonita Springs, FL, is set to become your dream vacation destination. Accepting Bookings starting December 5, 2025  
Boat will not be provided. Lift holds up to 10,000 lbs. Max boat size for the surrounding waters is 27 ft due to shallow areas.
