Welcome to our beautiful condo. We are located on the 9th Floor of Bldg. 3 at Beach and Tennis Club. Beautiful sunsets await you in our 1-bedroom,1 bath, studio condo with views galore of the Gulf. We are just a short walk from the beach and restaurants. Come and enjoy the sunsets from our private balcony. Amenities such as shared pools and private balcony are all open and available for use to relax & unwind while listening to the soothing sounds of waves. You will have full access to our beautiful studio condo to enjoy everything you need for a stress-free beach vacation. We are located on the 9th floor looking southwest and you will be amazed at the ocean views. Our bathroom has a walk-in shower for your convenience. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for those that need to stay connected. We provide a fully equipped kitchen, Beach essentials such as chairs, towels, umbrella, small cooler, and a beach cart. Also provided are linens and bathroom towels to ensure a hassle-free stay. It's just a short drive to shopping, grocery stores and more. Our place is perfect to sit back, unwind and enjoy the sun. This unit comes with a starter set of toiletries and paper products for your convenience to help you settle into your relaxing getaway. Please note that these items are not replenished once depleted. Guests will have self-check in. You will be provided with a code for an electronic lock for entry in your booking site inbox prior to your arrival. Guests will have access to the shores of Bonita Beach that are just steps away from our unit. We have convenient free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: RV or Trailor Parking is Not Permitted. Pay-per use Laundry Facilities are located in Building 1, 3 and 5\. This unit is in Building 3. There will be some shared spaces such as pool, elevators, etc. We are available by booking sites, email, text or phone when needed. Parking: The manager’s office will provide a parking pass free of charge. You will need to get your pass upon arrival during business hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday, located in Building 4 on the ground floor. If you arrive after hours, please write down your phone number and the unit you are renting, leave it on the dash until you can visit the office during open hours. There is Pickle Ball and Corn Hole available. No Smoking Allowed, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property, including the condo and balcony. No Pet Allowed: Service Animals permitted with proper paperwork submitted prior to arrival date. No Parties Allowed. Laundry Facilities are located in Buildings 1, 3, and 5\. This unit has a King Bed and a Queen and Twin air mattress. Disclaimer: You are renting in a shared area. For the price, it was all we needed as we were barely in the unit. The AC has a hard time cooling the studio. It took all night to get it comfortable running it on 67 degrees. The beach chairs are very rusty and one was snapped. But again, for a cheap quick stay this place is ok. It was quiet as no oft else appeared to be there, literally! ##### Rebecca D. All amenities inside the condo were great and access to beach and restaurants nearby was easy. This was a family wedding at the beach club nearby so we did not take advantage of the close public beach access because we were too vacation lazy to carry our chairs! Communication with host, entry, parking, and checkout were flawless. The top star rating unearned has nothing to do with the interior, but reflects the constant work on the property’s common areas and exterior. If they ever finish, this would be a great spot but given the lack of pool and tennis along with the construction, the nightly rate would have to be discounted to earn that top star rating! ##### Bill C. I had no issues during my stay. I arrived just after the storm, and shortly after, the weather started to improve.
